1 Cup Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate (135 Grams)One recipe makes about a medium ice cube tray (14 mini cubes)
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (480 ML)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
You can use popsicle and push-up molds or ice cube trays. Once they’re frozen run a little hot water on the tray in order to loosen the protein popsicles.
If you want to vary it up, try different extracts and protein flavors such as Mint, Coconut, Cinnamon or Caramel. Lots of possibilities!
