Best Protein Pancake Recipe

In this episode, Brandon Myles White lets us in on the secret that two bland ingredients don’t necessarily make a bland meal. They make Super Protein Pancakes!
How do you make it and what is the serving size? Here we go:
3/4 Egg Whites
1 Scoop Mocha (Or Chocolate) Whey Isolate Protein
1 Scoop Vanilla Casein Protein
With total macronutrients equaling -
Fat 1 gram
Carbohydrates 8 grams
Protein 66 grams!
Divid this by 2 cakes and you have:
.5 gram fat
4 grams carbs
33 grams protein per cake.
Add a serving (1 tablespoon) of 100% organic blue agave and you add -
60 calories with 16 grams of carbohydrates from sugar.
Egg beaters 3/4 cup – 90 cal, fat 0g, carb 3g, protein 18g.
Protein isolate 1 scoop – 106 cal, fat 0g, carb 1g, protein 24g.
Protein casein 1 scoop – 120 cal, fat 1g, carb 4g, protein 24g.
